The Titans


SYNOPSIS:

Gabrielle's mission in life is to become a great bard, but her pride as a poet gets the better of her when she unwittingly frees Theia, Crias, and Hyperion, three Titans who have been entombed in a cavern wall. The Titans proclaim her to be a goddess, which goes to her head. Xena, who has been off capturing the vicious criminal Hesiod, is skeptical of their goodwill and before long, Gabrielle comes to realize that there was a good reason the Titans were imprisoned in their cave. Hyperion enlists Hesiod's aid and together they threaten to destroy the village. Xena and Gabrielle, with the help of the Titaness Theia, manage to trap them long enough for Gabrielle to chant them back into their stony prison.
